Everyone has a band, and everyone has a website. But as a business owner, you may be asking yourself questions like:

During Forward Fest this past year, my presentation went from the very basics, like having a content management system like WordPress, understanding how your site appears to Google and Bing, ways to improve a site’s SEO using free and paid tools, and wrapped up the talk with examples of showing some more sophisticated digital marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions to provide more relevant content to customers.
