CHALLENGE
Create an application that met Vessey’s expectation for modern and professional look and feel.

Vessey was preparing to onboard a new client to the platform but recognized the need to elevate the application first. The existing version fell short of their high standards for design and user experience and required usability enhancements to deliver the polished, professional product their clients expect.

Additionally, many of their users work in rural areas without internet access. To ensure reliable and consistent history tracking, the client needed a solution that would continue capturing data offline and maintain chronological order once reconnected.

SOLUTION
A redesigned app with improved workflows built to Vessey’s high standards, featuring an offline mode that met all tracking requirements.

Earthling partnered with Vessey to identify and collaborate with a design firm that could elevate the mobile application’s look and feel to a truly market-ready product. Once the designs were finalized, Earthling led the development effort to implement the new interface and improved workflows.

To address the tracking requirements, Earthling added an offline mode that allowed data to be recorded and timestamped locally when users were out of network range. Once connectivity was restored, all activity was automatically synced to the server, ensuring complete and accurate history tracking.

RESULTS
Vessey had their brand-new app within a month in time for onboarding clients.

By working closely with the Vessey team and design partner, Earthling implemented the new designs and workflows within just one month and successfully deployed the updates to the Apple and Google app stores—meeting the deadline to onboard the new client.
